We have already established that there is no such thing as "one size fits all" when it comes to finding a way to live a healthier lifestyle. One of the main benefits of private training is that the focus and attention of your coach is on YOU and your specific needs and goals. No ego. No judgement. 

My goal is to help lead you down the path to being your best you. This is a partnership - a joint effort. Healthy is more than what you see when you look in the mirror - it's emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. All I ask of you, is to be honest with me, and trust the process.

1-1 IN-HOME / VIRTUAL PRIVATE TRAINING

Includes:

  • Each session is 30 minutes in length. We are here to train SMART and EFFICIENT. It's not about how long you spend training, it's about the work put in during that time frame.

  • Full fitness and health evaluation / assessment done before ANY program can begin

  • 1x Weekly nutritional accountability

  • Bi-weekly check-in

  • Written programming for off-days (additional fee)

Pricing:

  • Sessions are not priced at a per-session rate

  • {Additional 3x per week / at-home independent programming  available.

  • After initial consult, all packages sold in increments of 10 with a 90-day expiration from date of purchase.

    • As a commitment is made to you, I ask that you make the commitment in return. I hold a strict 24 hour cancelation policy otherwise your session will be counted.​

  • Out of state travel = all expenses paid for.

  • NO refunds or transfers.
